Sophie Vincken professional

Sophie Vincken is passionate about guiding leaders and practitioners in their professional and personal development. She helps individuals, teams and practices strengthen their self-leadership and work more effectively together. 

With more than 20 years of experience in various HR and change management roles, mainly as an independent consultant for banks, telecom companies, retail and semi-government organisations, among others, Sophie has built up a broad expertise. 

She has worked as a trainer, team and intervision coach for organisations such as Velux, Delhaize and Astrid. 

Her HR background gives her a keen insight into team dynamics, leadership and the challenges professionals face in an ever-changing work environment. 

Her passion for people and human interactions has shaped her career. After her Masters in East European Languages and Cultures, she completed a degree in Human Resources management, complemented by numerous courses that deepened her coaching, such as

• Change Management 

Sophie combines her analytical skills with a results-oriented approach, and derives the greatest satisfaction from seeing teams and individuals grow towards greater self and shared leadership.

Sophie lives with her two children in Kessel-Lo. She enjoys hiking in nature, singing in a choir and keeps constantly developing herself on a personal level.
